Pospective neighboring planning and development, titles, and other important services that are of importance to you will be reported.
Searches
Vanessa conducts extensive property searches, including speaking to local builders and real estate agents for on and also off market properties. Searches will be conducted on easements flood and fire zonings on shortlisted properties.
Negotiate
TLC will determine each potential property's market worth and offer strategic advice. Vanessa will conduct negotiations on your behalf, including bidding on your chosen property at auctions. TLC will help you prepare a contract offer and negotiate the best price, terms, and conditions for the property with the selling agent.
Manage
Take the hard work out of finding the right property and let TLC oversee the entire procedure from start to finish, including pre-purchase inspections, schedule and arrange building, pest, and other associated inspections. To make sure the process runs smoothly. Vanessa will oversee the major contract operations, and make sure the property is prepared for handover, Vanessa will participate in the pre-settlement inspections before settlement.
